Refund policy
We are first and formost your dental colleagues. We stand behind our products and only sell what we believe represents excellent quality and value for money for the profession.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the quality, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:

Unused and in Original Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

14-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the tracked delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping and insurance coverage must be arranged and paid for by you.
